Aarti, struggled in life due to 3rd degree burns in childhood & repeated hospitalization thereof, led to a strong aura of spirituality in her person.

A go – getter & a visionary, much ahead of her time, she is a fighter thru & thru, enriched with varied life experiences. She has traveled widely not only in the interiors of the Himalayas, but also in & around Europe.

A Trekker & an ardent nature lover, her Himalayan sojourns carried out for more than 20 yrs in the capacity of a group leader enabled her to interact & study closely different customs & traditions of the simple rural folk.
This makes her a passionate environmentalist & spiritualist who believes, that one must give back to nature what one receives from it.

She is also a proponent of Vedanta – the Indian Spiritual philosophy relevant to modern life & Stress Management.

She has been an active member of an adventure club called – Climbers & Explorers club & also been a representative in the committee of youth hostel Association, Delhi state Branch, which is an international organization.

Her excellent communication skills in written & spoken English together with 2 years course in German language help her in dynamic interaction with a vast spectrum of people.

Aarti combines topographical & technical knowledge with mental & emotional depth.

A doctor in Alternative Medicine, she’s currently working as a Health consultant in natural therapies, whereby she strongly believes in the integration of total human personality optimizing the synergy of body – mind – soul.

As a step further in this direction, she has held classes for pre adolescents inculcating Indian Culture & general value systems in them.

Also, she held Life management sessions for adults based on the ancient wisdom as portrayed in the Indian Scriptures.
